Incredibly dynamic and evocative work Tyler.....a perfect entry into the pain contest - you have a wonderful talent to convey so much emotion and feeling through your wonderful artworks.....just extraordinary my friend! Joyce

This is an amazing image Tyler...beautiful and disturbing all at the same time. It illustrates your concept perfectly. I especially like that your technique with this has the feel of subatomic and quantum (frequency) interactions...which is of course where we build our own prisons...and where we can also dismantle them. It's like an illustration of all of his "thought-forms" enveloping him. v/f

Dear Tyler, today I felt exactly as your figure...a feeling like I was not a bunch of emotions but only one who took hold of me...a desperation of having my past come beck...my "normal" ilife, always with my husband..I think you will understand why I am relating today to this work,!!! F/V.

What a powerful mind blowing painting! I read Carole Johnson's comment with a dropped mouth; this could be an excellent subject for a Lifetime Movie, where your painting could have been a cover for the story. You are very talented Tyler!

Depicts a tortured soul quite magnificently. It reminds me of a painting I did of my first husband many years ago. The painting was stolen, along with all my other paintings when my wasband (spelled correctly) burned our house down with himself in it, drunk and passed out on the couch. There was enough house left to rebuild it, however there was never enough husband left to rebuild. He died homeless and inebriated, frozen to death on a city street. He was a brilliant man intellectually, but his mind was unable to cope with this world. See what your painting unearthed! Thank you for sharing this poignant piece if pathos. Carole
Tyler Robbins replied:
wow, Carole...! what an experience! yes, pathos, but I am sure you are stronger for having gone thru it..hugs..
